Much to my surprise because I have been ridiculously cautious the last 2 years, I found myself sick with Covid. I thought I had a cold from sleeping with wet hair then it turned into a horrible double ear infection, then came the positive test. I was sick in bed for about 3 weeks and it’s taken about 2 weeks to regain my strength but I’m going to share what I took along the way and what seemed to finally push me to feeling better.

Nettle – Hibiscus – Elderberry Tea – I drink this combination of teas daily. Nettle is known to help with respiratory issues and we all know Elderberry is great for immune health and healing.

Immune Gummies from Original Hemp – I normally take these daily, but I had run out a week prior to getting sick. Once I got more I was able to see an improvement in my symptoms immediately. It was an improvement, but I was still in bed.

Topical Roll-on from Original Hemp – I used this religiously on my chest and back and feel that it kept the Covid from moving too deeply into my lungs because of all of the amazing essential oils in it.

Oregano – This is a natural antibiotic and antiviral. I prefer the Sprouts brand for quality compared to others I have tried over the years.

Zinc Quercitin

Liposomal Vitamin C

Vitamin D3

Now for the actual recovery. I never knew one supplement could have such a tremendous affect on me and wish that I had been able to pick up my package and start taking Restore from Raw Botanics sooner. The day before I decided to try it I was still only able to sit up for a couple hours at a time without becoming exhausted and feeling a heaviness starting in my back. All it took was 1 soft gel and I was up and able to work the entire day.

I was shocked because at that point I hadn’t started hearing all of the studies that were being done on CBD and it’s effects on Covid. If there is one item you keep in your house, this is the one I have told my family and friends they need to buy. If you can’t afford to take it daily, which I am doing from now on especially with the new research coming out, then I highly recommend keeping a bottle in the house in case you get sick and taking it for a few days to help you recover.

I do also use the Rest tincture at night and have noticed that if I miss a night then I have a bit of a cough the next morning until I take my Recover. Obviously you can’t recover from Covid overnight, but these products are doing an amazing job of eliminating the symptoms and helping me to finish recovering faster.

On the flip side, others in my house who aren’t into natural living and healing the way I am are still suffering from viral bronchitis and recurring sinus and ear infections and a horrible cough. I never went into bronchitis and my cough is mostly gone except for a couple times a day depending on my activities that day.

I highly recommend that you check out the research that has been and is being done on the relationship between cannabinoids in CBD and Covid, both for treatment and prevention.

As always, this is my personal experience. Be sure to talk with a medical professional before starting any treatments or in case of an emergency.
